This Privacy Policy applies to Orginone Private Limited (“Orginone”), CIN U70200KA2026PTC221058, with its registered office at #33, 2nd Floor, 5th Cross, Balaji Gold City Layout, Hoskote, Bangalore Rural – 562114, Karnataka.

We are the data fiduciary for information you submit through this website. For employee data processed on behalf of our clients (payroll, PF/ESI, POSH etc.), our client is the data fiduciary and Orginone acts as a data processor.

• Enquiry data: name, work email, company, team size and message when you contact us.
• Employee data (on behalf of clients): name, PAN, Aadhaar (where legally required), bank details, UAN, ESI number, salary, attendance, leave, statutory declarations and related HR records.
• Technical data: device, browser and basic analytics for site operation and security.

• Respond to enquiries and provide quotes.
• Process payroll and generate payslips, Form 16, Form 24Q and related reports.
• File statutory returns with EPFO, ESIC, Professional Tax, LWF and labour departments.
• Draft and administer HR policies, POSH compliance and workplace documentation.
• Comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful government requests.

We process personal data on the basis of your consent, the performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations under Indian labour and tax laws, and our legitimate business interests — as recognised under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

We share personal data only with:

• Statutory authorities (EPFO, ESIC, Income Tax Department, PT/LWF authorities) as required by law.
• Our client (for employee data we process on their behalf).
• Vetted service providers (secure hosting, payroll and payment infrastructure) under written confidentiality obligations.

We do not sell personal data.

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to deliver the services and to meet statutory retention periods under Indian labour, tax and companies law (typically up to 8 years for payroll and statutory records), after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards — including access controls, encryption in transit, role-based permissions and audit logging — to protect personal data. No system is completely secure; we notify affected parties and authorities of any personal data breach as required by law.

For employee data processed on behalf of a client, please raise the request with your employer, who will coordinate with Orginone.
