1. About us
This website is operated by Orginone Private Limited (“Orginone”, “we”, “us”), a company incorporated in India under CIN U70200KA2026PTC221058, with its registered office at #33, 2nd Floor, 5th Cross, Balaji Gold City Layout, Hoskote, Bangalore Rural – 562114, Karnataka.
2. Services
Orginone provides HR outsourcing, payroll processing, recruitment and statutory compliance services (including EPF, ESI, Professional Tax, LWF, POSH and labour-law compliance). The specific scope, deliverables and fees for each engagement are set out in a separate written proposal or service agreement.
3. Client obligations
You agree to provide complete, accurate and timely information (including employee data, attendance, salary inputs and statutory registrations) necessary for us to deliver the services. Orginone is not liable for delays, penalties or losses arising from incomplete, inaccurate or delayed inputs from the client.
4. Fees and payment
Fees are billed as set out in the applicable service agreement, exclusive of GST and statutory levies. Invoices are payable within the credit period specified therein. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information exchanged during the engagement, including employee personal data, payroll records and business information. Orginone handles employee data solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
All templates, policies, tools, reports and materials developed by Orginone remain our intellectual property. The client is granted a non-exclusive licence to use them internally for the duration of the engagement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orginone’s aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client to Orginone in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
8. Term and termination
Either party may terminate an engagement by giving written notice as specified in the service agreement. Statutory filings in progress at the date of termination will be completed subject to receipt of applicable fees and information.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms or the services.
